Mrs R Parish

I love languages because they are a passport to the world! Being able to communicate with people in different countries is exciting and useful, it makes travelling easier and more fun. Learning languages also opens doors to other cultures. I find it fascinating to learn about the traditions and experiences of people from other countries, and the language spoken is a great place to start. French is particularly engaging as France is our closest neighbour outside of the UK. Although the French language may sound completely different to English at first, when learning French you discover that there are more similarities than you may think!
